The most expensive festival in the world was about to be held in the Bahamas but turned out to be a massive scam. After the great promotion and marketing effort in the festival, including the use of influencers like Emily Ratajkowski, Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Elsa Hosk, the festival has not showed his best side today. The festival just seemed to be one big scam. The festival would take place on an island called Exumas in Fyre Ca. Tickets were for sale in between $ 1,500 and $ 250,000 and there were performances of G.O.O.D. Music artists, including Tyga, Desiigner and Pusha T.

The first festival guests arrived the day before (Thursday) at the party but directly got suspicious. There were half set up tents on site, garbage, and the extensive meals that were promised consisted only of some toast’s and there was no single security to find on site.

The Wall Street Journal later said that it hasn’t been a good time for the organization of the festival. For example, artists haven’t be paid on time. Rock band Blink 182 immediately returned after arrived at the festival, claiming that they had no confidence in the organization and production of the festival.

Eventually, the organization came with a statement on Thursday evening. They told that the festival was canceled and that there were no flights to and from the airport because the full capacity was reached on the island. It also states that there is no refund for the purchased tickets. Reddid has already put hundreds of people together and are planning to launch a major lawsuit agains the organization.
